WHEN: August 16, 2026. Gates are open at 11 AM and shooting starts at 1 PM
WHERE: Mifflin County Sportsmen’s Association, 401 Ellen Chapel Road, Lewistown, PA
Admission is free. Food will be available for purchase from Soxy’s. We will provide hearing and eye protection. Bottled water will be available for free.
ACTIVITIES:
- 5 – Stand: Groups of five will shoot starting at 1 PM on a first come first serve basis. We have shotguns and ammo available, or you can use your own shotgun with target ammo (7.5 or smaller), Additional rounds are available for $10.
- Rifle Range: There will be a short class provided by Ghost Firearms Training in long range shooting that starts at 12. We will have one precision rifle available so you can test your ability out to 1,000 yards. You can bring your rifle, and we will confirm zero, chronograph the velocity, and give you holdover data.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Children must be over 12 years of age.
- Weapons must remain cased or on the racks until moving to the firing line.
