WHEN: August 16, 2026. Gates are open from 12 PM to 5 PM. Shooting starts at 1 PM.
WHERE: Mifflin County Sportsmen’s Association, 401 Ellen Chapel Road, Lewistown, PA
Admission is free. We will provide hearing and eye protection. Bottled water will be available for free.
WHAT:
- 5 – Stand: Shooting starts at 1 PM on a first come first serve basis. We have shotguns and ammo available, or you can use your own shotgun with target ammo. Each shooter will receive two free rounds. Additional rounds are available for $10.
- The 5-stand is shot from the firing line at the front of the pavilion. Targets come from eight different trap houses and simulate a variety of game birds and animals.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- This event is open to the public
- Children must be over 12 years of age.
- Weapons must remain cased or on the racks until moving to the firing line.
